Covers been repaired for sure. Question in my mind is when? Same feelings about original net & when it was added. The capture card looks awfully white & fresh with a very weak ink stamp. I'm sure set looks different in hand & I trust David's opinion but.... I have two of these early covers in my collection & both have stars.
