More and better pictures... if anyone can help at all with the translation or even what kind of book, when it was written- it would be greatly appreciated. It is in fair/poor condition- the pages are super soft, the binding is just a maroon/red thread through the pages in the seam.. the cover is a blue background with white flowers (chrysanthemums?) any help, words, age, intent/storyline- I would be very grateful. Thank you

I have found the author and the illustrator, as well as printer for the book. Turns out it is a very old book written on a silk based paper during the Edo period of Japan.
