    Hello Andy:
Welcome to the WAF. Although I'm unable to help you with any "translating",
as a longtime flag collector I am curious as to if the
    Japanese Army Air Corps
had trooped unit flags, like the purple fringed
    infantry & cavalry (see below).

      Hello Andy

      必勝 。。。。。母

      Hisshou .... Haha
      Total Victory! Mother

      神州護持
      高倉兵衛

      Shinshū Goji
      Shinshū Defense
      Takakura Hyōe

      制空*里
      川崎宜夫

      Seikū * Sato
Mastery of the air * and village
      Kawasaki Yoshio

      ---
      神風特攻隊
      Shinpūtokkōtai
      Kamikazi Special Attack Corps!

      頑張って下さい
Ganbattekudasai - Please exert yourself! Using the "gerund" form of ganbare.

      ばんばれ
ganbare -- Exert yourself -- "hang in there" [same as above, but using hiragana and the citation [dictionary] form of the word.
ガンバレ -- ganbare. same as above, but using katakana.

      タカクラレイコ
      Takakura Reiko
This is the katakana form of the girl's name written to the right. It causes me to wonder why she signs both in kanji AND in katakana????

      森美~
Mori Mi~ ... can't read that last kanji girl's name.

      君頑張って
      Hiroshi-kun -- Ganbate!
Hiroshi must be the recipient of the flag.

      特攻魂
Tokko Tamashii [might be Tokko-kon; soul can be either "tamashii" or "~kon"]
      Soul of Special Assault

      米鬼必殺
Bei Oni Hissatsu [I wonder if the other pronunciation of "oni" is better: Bei-Ki Hissatsu]
      Totally Kill the American Demons

      ======

What you have listed as the owner is incorrect. It is a note by someone named Kobayashi
      国思不門出を付して日持ち㐂び

Thoughts of the Nation is something unquestioned and remains a long time
      小林久一郎
Kobayashi Kyū'ichirō [can also be pronounced as Hisa'ichirō]

is an archaic form of meaning joy -- it's hard to find in on-line dictionaries
Also, I am very cautious about my "translation" of that note written by Kobayashi -- we need a native speaker/reader to correct my errors.
