Hello,
Nice cap mate but I am not confident about the camo pattern of the vest.
It reminds me a cupman fake that he sold month/year (?) ago via ebay. He called it Giretsu Kūteitai uniform.

Both tunics are originals but camo in my opinion is not original. If there isn't an issued, handwritten owners name on interior I'd be 100% certain it's a fake of copy. Even with they both look horrible. I know two facts. 1) they were camouflaged while worn so they were certainly issued, named, worn tunics 2) they used black ink as camo

Not much sense in repeating all that has been said already.

I suppose you don't read Japanese? Your tunic in no way matches the description in the book you copied in post 4.
Like your heavy duty helmet, when an item departs from the officially recognized specs by so much, no one can take the item seriously without some rock solid provenance.Last edited by Nick Komiya; 02-17-2015, 01:10 PM.
