The insignia with multiple stars is for civilian workers contracted to the army. The maroon insignia is a type 5 collar flash and the mum doesn't belong on it. Sorry but I'm pretty sure the large red "M" is a repro as well as the white navy rate. Not sure on the star .Collar rank tabs and shoulder boards look good.
