I am researching a typescript copy of Hideki Tojo's affidavit, dated December 19, 1947, and prepared for the war crimes tribunal. It is 245 typed pages on 8" x 13" paper with two binding holes punched at the top. It is unquestionably from the period but I'm trying to ascertain how rare it is, if at all, and a reasonable price estimate. There is no docketing information on this copy nor are there any endorsements present. I would assume that this is just one of many copies distributed to the various judges, interpretors, lawyers, and perhaps even the press. Anyone have any ideas about value or scarcity? Does anyone have (or had) a similar copy?
Thanks for any help in advance.
