This seller is close to the "stampman" he won't post a photo of the stamp on that havelock. It's an original small cap with a nakata havelock in the lower photo if you peek between the cap and havelock you can see the nakata symbol just a heads up

The havelock is indeed Nakata. For those who don't know: Tadao Nakata authored what was/is considered to be the standard reference on Japanese uniforms and equipment for many years (first printing was 1971). Nakata produced a whole host of reproductions and offered a catalog at least as far back as the early 90's, featuring items that had the Nakata firm trade mark. This havelock/ neckflap is not original and anything bearing that mark is a reproduction. Here is the "Nakata stamp" for future reference: Zach
