Can anyone translate these fragments?

For that plate with red Kanji:
Reading from left to right.
1st Kanji: 4
2nd Kanji: times
3rd and 4th Kanji reading together: amendment

For that green plate:
Reading from top to bottom:
1st Kanji: foot, leg
2nd Kanji: hanging

Both are from aircraft...so I wish I had the remaining letters...

There are slight differences in meanings between Chinese and Japanese. Everything Mr. Chen has translated shows a correct reading of the Chinese/Japanese; but, there are slight nuance differences. In pure Japanese, these mean:

四次改修
Shi-ji kaishū
4th Repair

足掛
ashikake
Foot rest
