How does this guy get away pulling the plug after you won his auction and paid him, and then he refunds your money, only to list it again?

So this is the 3rd time he has had it on eBay?

Something must be wrong with this seller. Sounds like a real flake.

Yes, third time. I don't remember the exact price of 1st listing, but it went up to $1100.00 on 2nd listing. That's went I bought and paid for it immediately. Within 48 hours I find the money refunded to my pp account. I tried contacting him several times after that, but no response. I did find out he cancelled the transaction (after payment) because I asked him too, which I did not! I contacted pp this afternoon, which was a waste of time as well. After a brief discussion with them it was, "sorry this happened, but there is nothing we can do". I'm done with him. Let's see if the third buyer has better luck at $1750.00.

Again, Sorry to see this happen to you Chuck.

You'd think that eBay would suspend him for doing that.

I've had a couple of buys on eBay Germany with sellers doing this for much lesser items, and one on eBay France for a $25 buckle frame that I wanted really badly because of the rare maker. The female seller refused to ship it to the USA, and cancelled the eBay sale.

It's aggravating to have this happen to say the least, and totally unnecessary.
