What state is this cockade ?

It seems to be Red, Yellow (Gold), Black which are the state colours for the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont.

The helmet looks like a Mod 1871 German Pickelhaube.

The cockade is perhaps Mecklenburg-Strelitz (repainted). Does the color under the red look dark blue?
