    Anybody familiar with this?

    Actually it is german, prussian precisely, as the motto "non soli cedit" was the old Prussiam motto. The motto was used in some leib-regiment stendarts till 1918.

    It could be leib regiment artillery?

      I think its possibly an Austrian police helmet of some kind with a prussian gorget emblem attached to it...

        the gorget emblem is from the Leibkürassier-Regiment Großer Kurfürst Nr.1
