Yes the jury is definitely in Thanks for all the help and the info was great. The gentleman I bought it from seems to be a nice guy who after talking to him got stiffed by another dealer. The helmet is already on it's way back. Lets hope he is as good as his word

Just thought you would like to know that the dealer was as good as his word and sent me a full refund
I'd like to name him so that if you have dealings with him you can be reasured but I'm not sure how that would go down. If you think it would be OK I'll give you details, or if you PM me I'll give you his name. He's a nice guy. Hard to find them amoungst dealers!
