Hussaren Pelz Stripes

I have a Leib Guarde dark blue pelz. It has two 3 inch parallel stripes on each sleeve in forearm area. Has anyone seen these before? Guess I'm not allowed to post an attachment showing the jacket.

Accidentally saw a photo of uniforms in the French museum. Signature is not correct. This Russian is not the Prussian hussar. Amazing All 3 uniforms are Russian
