A Godet core 1870 ek1?

My gut is saying that this is a 1914 Godet that has been "up graded"
As far as I know, we have never seen a "short 7" type date with the standard
style 1914 crown and "W". The frame and C catch appear to be Godet
however the hinge/pin assembly is not.
also, I do not like the bubbled look of the paint on the core. It reminds me
very much of the paint finish that we saw on the "small crown" or "stepped core"
fake Prinzens that were so common some years ago.

BTW: Maybe the producer of these an "upgrade" fake use a 1914 core and change the"1914" as a model to made them?
Some of my friends tend to regard these fakes as later products,there are still many people purchase them
