Asking whether the men listed were German generals or Huguenots doesn't make any comparative sense. For one thing, von Arnaud de la Periere was in the navy, (not army) and only a Kapitänleutnant in WWI. However, Von Hutier and de Beaulieu were both army generals. All three men were also of Huguenot decent as are most Germans with French names.
What is the point of your question and why mention the 'Wehrmacht' which has nothing to do with this forum?

The reason why an ancestor of Arnauld de la Perière come to Prussia you see here:
"In 1757 France, after a duel with a Prince de Bourbon, Jean-Gabriel Arnauld, Seigneur de la Perière, a young artillery officer aged 26 in Saint Plantaire (Indre), had to leave the country to avoid being imprisoned.
