The second in the series of TWM study threads, this time * (asterix) marked TWMs. Demir Erman identifies these medals as Austrian made. * means the medal does not contain any valuable metal (such as silver).
I have only two * marked TWMs, please feel free to contribute if you have one as well. I tried to compare the front pieces (tugra, date and the gazi plates) and on the reverse the catch and pin mechanism and the position of the little rivets that hold the front elements (two rivets for each plate)
