    1870 period picture research 2

    the following pictures show the 1870 wide frame A type core crosses .

    fore me these pictures represent the proof that,

    1870 frame tools fore the making of 1813 frame where used for 1870 production in the very first beginning ..
    but most importantly ,, officially being rewarded in the very first beginning.

    fore thos having a hard time identifying wide frames on blurry pictures , here is help

      this guy most likely received his wide frame directly from his royal family.

      in the very earliest day's ,,1870 for the battle of Weisenburg and Reichshofen .

      his majesty crown prins of Prussia Friedrich Wilhelm..

      unfortunately these pictures are a lot more out of focus ,,,but with the right techniques the wide frame outlines are identifiable..

      lets see what other critical experienced collector think of it..

            fore the black ribbon edges,,

            I found on many pictures the ribbon black edge wideness variates a lot ..

            these day's i see a narrow black edge as early ribbon .

            al do I do understand and realize that picture distortions can have a part in letting those ribbon edges appear narrow
