Wide Frame EKII vs Standard Frame

How does one tell the difference between a wide frame EKII from a standard EKII frame. I have two wide frame crosses purchased from members here and compared them with my WS cross and the only difference I can see is the wide frame crosses are about 1mm different outside measurements

correct ,,,,

there are 3 types of frames

Schinkel type
wide frame
strait arm frame ..

differences are minimal ...


the trick is ,,,,,look fore a slightly wider frame ,,,,,,, but most important the extended corners that always come with it

I mostly use that technique on old un sharp pictures ,,
especially the extended corners cant be missed
