    Thanks guys, nice to finally join the club!

    Good to see your cross also have that "cut out" Alik, that makes at least 3.

    Was expecting some poor soldering on mine but it was quite the opposite, almost no seam at all is visible.

    With the flaw you found and that 'scrunched bead' have been able to match frames on 8 crosses so far, 2 of them got different crown.

              After the wide frame, I see the strait curved inner frame Crosses are also more or Les becoming accepted .

              I almost forgot to place this cross here .

                  I wonder about the idea ,

                  Could it be that the frame was meant fore a Prinzen but left wide to be used fore a full EK 2




                  some interesting thought ?

                  need measurements of a prinsen fore that ,,so anyone ?

                    That seems plausible. It would seem that it was originally intended to be ground down to the line just inside the outer edges. But I'll let the experts give the final analysis.

                              I don't have a digital caliper, ...but that measurement is about 30,3mm-30,4mm.
