In my opinion this one is an original jubilee type. They are always quite poorly made, and the unusual jumpring attachment was made (in my opinion) specifically for attaching a kind of oakleaf device.
I have one of these myself, also very rough. Since I can't find the photos at this moment, I'll show one that sold through Detlev Niemann last year. This is what they are supposed to look like when they're in decent condition:
Needless to say these examples go for about half the price of a good Type A or Type B EK2. I have never seen an EK1 of this type.

Looking for ROUND BUTTON 1939 EK1 Spange cases (LDO or PKZ)
I have one of these Jubilee types, but the core details are far superior to the example shown. I didn't realize that this type had such a variance in quality.
