Hi Tom, I use the term ' square punch maker ' because the MM is a punched square mark.It appears on various parts of each badge ,sometimes on the pin itself sometimes on the badge itself as in my pilot badge shown. Unfortunately we do not kknow as yet the identity of this maker. Ferg1.
