    The Mother of all EKs!

Some of you might have noticed that i have been asking a great deal of questions regarding 1813 EK2s. Well, here is the reason: Finland Premiere and only 1813 EK zweite klasse. This piece was in the 1820-30s' by the same manufacturer that made one of Field Marschall Blüchers EK2s(Previteras Iron Time, page 34). I'll give you a few pics and let me know what you think.

                    Antti,

                    Very cool

It's only appropriate that the person who keeps the lists should have
                    an example from every era

Very nice Antti, is the core loose within the frames?

Do you mind if I ask how much one of these would set you back? So few genuine 1813 EK's are on the market that a price would be good to know if one pops up.

You must be very pleased with yourself, a very nice EK collection there,
I would have no problems adding any of your pieces to "my" collection.

Thanks, Greg and Dez. The core is slighty loose, yes. The price was 1750 euros.

                          Good one Blitz,

I just finished reading a biography on Napolean so this is a great item to look at, I hope one day to have one as well.
Good on you esp getting it in the stampede from Detlev
                          All the best

That price is really quite reasonable when you consider what you have there in your hand, for around the same price you would get a DKiG.

Thanks Craig! Yes it's reasonable, but not if you look at my income I didn't go bankrupt, no, not even close. But, still, it's a whole lot of money..
