      Hi Don,
      i liked to read your calculations.
      Can you imagine how many times y asked miself, my friends, my beer these same cuestions. Took different books as sources to calculate or make an estimation of how many there could have been. Anyhow i never could agree with the "myth" as you named it.
      99? N-e-v-e-r.
      I lost my hope to convince anybody time ago, since myths are a cuestion of believe or bust. And till now no one wanted to bust... Despite of any logic.

      Just resuming: numbers of possible reciepients outnumbers by far the myth of 99. Indistinctively of wich source you take, no such 99 seems a possible amount of awarded persons. Even considering different award criteria.
