Those would be the silver Liakat and Imtiaz Medals with WW1 Sabers bars... that was a very brave officer indeed.
Here's a Imtiaz with two versions of Liakats. the Imtiaz is usually found in real silver-- as an award about the equal of a Hohenzollern House Order X should be, while the ugly little EK1 equivalent Liakats generally look like smelted and recycled tuna fish cans!Attached Files

"Peacetime" (actually, all of them 1850s to WW1 had no sabers, so that's a looong stretch and no way to tell whether civil or military awards all that time) Osmanie and Medjidie Orders (your first two scans immediately above, are NOT particularly highly valued. There are "zillions" of them floating around.
You would be quite frightened to hear what sort of value I'd put on that ribbon bar, though.
