Nothing special, just a rather placid looking Offizier with 2 ribbons in his buttonhole. His shoulder boars have one pip and what might be a number or maybe crossed hockey sticks.

Can you do your magic again and give us a zoom in on the ribbons? Definitely not a REO. Looks like it is probably a hamburg Haseatic to me. The spectrum shift for a Hessian Bravery Medal wouldn't come out this way, so that's my best guess.Comment
