would you say, that you would not buy solid back plm from kube if you can? i think kube would not sell things if the background of such items is not ok.
are you sometimes wondered by especially rar things if they are offered?
please tell me more.

Rothe PLM

For what it's worth, years ago I had a Rothe pre-45 PLM and, although the design was the same as this ebay example, with the cut-out tail feathers and scribed letters, the construction and workmanship was much, much finer--it was like a piece of jewelry. It was unmarked as well.

Here's the weird one!

This one went off in a Butterfield's (??) sale in the last year or so. I asked a multitude of well-known collectors and dealers. Both here and in Europe. No-one had ever seen anything like it before.

By the way, seller says no maker marks on the cross. Don't waste your money people. Buy a real anything or ten anythings rather than a fake something...
