For what it is worth, I agree with Jens. As I said before, I am no expert on the navy version of the WB, but I don't see any "red flags". IF I collected the navy version, I would have it in my collection. I would add that there are many variations of this badge, just as there many variations for the army (helmet, wreath, sword hilts).

Than its settled for me, it goes back on to my senior KA tunic
