          He DID receive the oaks But no second PlM, no wearer's copy. But he did have a few mini devices. PlM mini and a few ribbons only on buttons planted on his different jackets. Also, correct on the W, done as you say, with a needle. The silver mark stamped in such a way that it would be next to unbelievable to assume it was done after the enamel was finished.
