    Thanks for posting pictures of this auction. I do not have any reference for this uniform. Good to have pictures and the date worn for my archives. Had I seen this auction I would have bid as well. In Germany this uniform would have cost more than it did in this auction.

                        Torsten, is this a green felt vopo cap with a white removable cover or is the white cover permanently attached to the green cap??

                          The base cap is green with removeable white cover over it, but the badge is pinned through the cover into the hat, so basically making the cover part of the hat. Cheers, Torsten.

                            Found this magazine "Fur Dich" on ebay months ago, I bought it for the cover photo. The hat she is wearing has a seam running along the top of the cap. Its hard to tell for sure but I'd say it might be the same as the one Torsten showed...

                                All I need to know now is if there is a "July - Oct. 1990" white Verkehrspolizei cap?

                                I'd guess there might be?? If there is then maybe I'll find one some day
