I have come to the conclusion that Trident Military is far too slow for me. They have not sent the payment invoice email for a month now, even after I reminded them to and they said they would do it the same night.
So, I'm going to spend a lot more by ordering some different uniforms on Gowen Militaria instead, but at least they have what in my opinion is 5-star service.
So, I will order a Luftstreitkraft non-career EM or NCO uniform, a plain collar EM/NCO overcoat to go with it, and maybe some other uniform as well.
Now my question is, how do shoulderboards attach to these pieces of clothing? Gowen sells shoulderboard buttons, but there are two types: Plain shoulderboard butttons for $2 a pair, and screw-in ones for $6 a pair. I really want to avoid spending a lot of money on the latter, but at least I have some faint idea as to how those work.
I would really appreciate it if someone told me what buttons to buy, and how to use it, so I can attach my shoulderboards to the shirt, tunic, or overcoat whenever I want. Thank you!
