    VP Ranks with "Musterkarte"

Today I was offered a complete set of Vopo ranks incl. the generals , Capbadges, collars etc. He told me that the Cards got signed by a LTC.
Can't wait 'til saturday when he brings them.

Nico - Congratulations. Sound like standard samples maintained by the Quartermaster to ensure the quality of manufacture of insignia and uniforms. I believe Ralph has a few of these for Stasi shoulderboards.

      Kevin,
something like this. My friend (also a Ralph) told me that they're in good shape and I think up to Generaloberst.
Maybe he can get also a Set of the 1986 Ranks from soldier to Marshal.

Well a post from Ralph would be interested in seeing the shoulder boards when you get them...

Ralph, you know Ralph, he's the guy living in the ex. Stasi Housing Area.
He still has something on hold for you.

So, now I got them. Takes a while to Scan the Lot, so here's the attached Order Form. It say's that it has to be given to the Militärverlag for Reference.

                Nico,

Really interesting stuff. Muster items are really of interest to me as they give us the perfect reference point for our collecting items.

                Regards,

                Gordon

Nico - Thanks for the additional posts. What does the crimped plastic with the wire through them read?

I think I don't have to show the others as everybody knows how they look like.
                        they're:
                        Group2: Major to Colonel
                        Group3: Sub Lieutenant to Captain
                        Group4: Oberwachtmeister to Obermeister
                        Group5: Anwärter to Wachtmeister
                        Group6: Offiziersschüler 1.Lehrjahr
                        Group7: Collars, EM, Officer, General
                        Group8. Ärmelemblem Schupo, ABV
                        Group9: Armwinkel, ab 5, 10, 15, 20 Jahre
So makes a nice comlpete Set of what I think a not every day to find Stuff.
As to see on the first Pic for Reference to the Militärverlag.
