Today I was offered a complete set of Vopo ranks incl. the generals , Capbadges, collars etc. He told me that the Cards got signed by a LTC.
Can't wait 'til saturday when he brings them.

Nico - Congratulations. Sound like standard samples maintained by the Quartermaster to ensure the quality of manufacture of insignia and uniforms. I believe Ralph has a few of these for Stasi shoulderboards. -
