        Now one question is easy for me (beacuase I was born in Halle/Saale):
        2. Leuna Werke "Walter Ulbricht" (near Merseburg, former Bezirk Halle)
        And now I also know an official with christian´s name "Arno": Arno Berthold;
        but you cannot mean him because he was the first chairman of the GSt in Halle?

            Hey Thälmannpionier,

            I want repeat my question: As far as I know was Arno Berthold the first chairman of the GST-Bezirksvorstand Halle/Saale?!?!? You mean he was the chairman of the whole GST? Hmm, what is korrect?

            And another little correction from an old "Hallenser" BUNA (comes from Buthadien-Natrium= a kind of chemical rubber) was called: "VEB Kombinat Chemische Werke Buna"...
            (Sorry that I am a smart-ass with that...)

                    No in no reason. Too many hints were given...

                    Thälmannpionier, the pic looks like a part of the "S+T" (Sport und Technik) the paper of the GST. Am I right?

                      well, someone has to win the question to move on to the next one...what do you think Andreas??... I no longer read the S+T after I left school, but the article certainly does not look like one that would have come from a pre-1985 issue??....they used different, cheaper paper and the printing and colours were more like normal newspaper style...or did they change the format of the S+T after 1985??...I think the article would be from some kind of book about the GST??? Cheers, Torsten.

                            the answer to question No. 4 is: KK-110 was the first sport-riffle,handed out to the GST Units.

                            hmmm? Torsten answered the 1st Question correct and Dirk was very close to the 2nd Question and answered the 3rd Question correct.

                            I will ask a final Question to find a winner for this round.

                            This one is a bit easier....It's still about the GST.

                            What is the name of the first motorcycle used within the GST???
                            Hint: 3 Letters...
                            Who answers this one first and correct is the Winner of this Round.

                            Good Luck
