All of the badges you listed go on the viewer's left side, the wearer's right side, of the chest.
Now, in your mind, draw a straight horizontal line about 7cm below the collar's / lapel's point. Beginning right and going inside out, line up the tops of NRs 4, 2, and 3 with the line. Done with row one!
Draw, in your mind, another line about 1-1.5cm bellow badges in row one. Along the line, center NRs 5 and 1 going inside out (tops touch the line). Done with row two!
Now continue the first mentioned line across the viewer's right side of the chest. That is your departure for the medals / ribbons. He would not have had many medals, perhaps the 80 yrs of Red Army medal... Line up the top of the suspension or ribbon with the line. Done!
The VLKSM badge would be worn under the medals following the pattern described above. Done!
