I just picked up this little fella P-64 Radom I was able to hit the clothes pins at 50 yards but having some issues where the slide with stop just shy of closing completely.

Hi Guys,

Got a question here. Not sure I asked this before but, where does one get a Soviet made AK47 and AK74. All I see are Romanian, Bulgarian, Egyptian, and maybe Polish ones, but not one Soviet or East German for that matter... Any leads? Would now definitely be interested in getting both.

They are out there but are considerably more expensive than the other types.
Bought two barrel-less Russian parts kits for $300 each compared to $99 for a barrel-less Romanian kit, and the Russian kits sold out instantly.

AKs and RPK (California style - no grip makes them no longer CA Assault Weapons). These are used (except the RPK) for Vietnam reenacting, so the missing grip is not a big accuracy factor. []
