more or less what others said. Do the Sumpftarn trousers have stamps in them? The pattern resemble more West-Berlin Polizei to me, but could be how colours appear on my monitor.

The colors are a little unusual and I also thought it might be Berlin at first glance, however the buttons and belt loops indicate BGS. Early BGS trousers used brown buttons vs. the dark gray of Berlin Polizei. The belt loop ends on BGS trousers are pointed, on Berlin Polizei they are straight.
