    Yes, it is a real shame that so many really collectable early BRD visor caps have been "converted" to TR. Really makes researching in that venue difficult.
    Interesting cap you posted above. That is an unfamiliar maker logo to me. Why do you think it is post war? With a picture of a TR cap at the top of the logo I would think it should date from TR times. What maker of visor caps in post war Germany would use a Wehrmacht type cap in their logo?
