I recently acquired this third pattern Fairbairn Sykes dagger and would like to know whether it is WW2 issue or not. And also a relative value for it in its present condition if WW2 period. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is an original WW2 knife. The England stamps indicate that it was imported into the US after the war. It is a late war 3rd pattern knife with a machine ground blade which is the most common and least valuable of Fairbairn Sykes knives. It appears that the blade has been sharpened which has a negative impact on it's value as well. I'll let someone else comment on value.
