      a shot from where I was looking...Jebel Khazali to the left. I cannot find the ones from Clouds Hill etc, but I can go there anytime, not like Jordan!

          We have a member here who sent me photographs of his grandfather's World War I memorabilia, including his medals and his obituary. The obituary noted that during the war he had served with Lawrence in Arabia.

          Perhaps that member will see this thread and consider sharing the photos with the membership?

            I live 40 mins away from his home of birth in Tremadog North Wales , there was a plaque attached to the home for many years declaring as such , but it was removed in the last few years, possibly new owners not interested in visitors/history ?
            IWM has his SMLE , Along with other items , not sure how to post links but google "Lawrence smle iwm "and the pics of it are easily available , nice clean one too!

              not much help but I seem to remember years ago 10+ some of his items came up at auction? there might have been an engraved wristwatch, must have been in a magazine or newspaper as was before the internet
