There are many variables that can affect price such as maker, condition, size, etc… but you can expect to pay approximately $1400 on the bottom end and up for a 1943 para dated beret.

From dealers asking ridiculous prices and some sellers on the e-stand, maybe.
They can be found for much less if you look around.

But when was the last time you saw a 1942/43 beret. Lots of 1945 and several 1944 but the earlier ones don't turn up that often
