I think these are very different examples. The fakes have a gold raised thread. What i see in Ken Joyce's book "into the maelstrom" the treads seem white.

The title on offer appears to be a good example of the embroidered F & P. The title is "angular" in shape, rather than rounded edges. The embroidery appears to be heavy, but not the spaghetti web crap found on the copies that have been floating around.

I don't collect Canadian but I'd be surprised to find that is a replica.

Realized over $600. At least two people knew what they were looking at. The printed one did well too. It was in the $400's. A bit less than the one a couple of weeks ago, but a very healthy price.
