        He got his "." and "," mixed up when he entered the starting price.

        It happened to me too a couple of times placing a bid, I ended up bidding hundreds of pounds for a regular cap badge.

            I wonder how long it takes before Ebay figures out all they sell is postage fees and stop this scam.
