Some of my Canadian Collection

Took some pics of some of my collection, so thought I would share it. Please feel free to comment.

Ritchie.

First up is a named BD set to the Royal Canadian Artillery, with named Greatcoat and two named duffle bags to a Gunner Inkster. I set it up with webbing and the helmets for display purposes. The helmet is a nice mkIII with the nice dark paint and a Canadian mkII.

The trunk was a gift from my girlfriends grandfather. He was an officer in the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry. The trunk is named. When he gave me the trunk there was 2 canvas RHLI badges in mint condition in one of the drawers. I gave these back to him though. I used the trunk for the backdrop for all my photos.

MKIII - Liner incomplete but original

This is a Royal Canadian Engineers grouping named to an R Ramsey, consisting of officer's dress uniform, greatcoat and beret. Interestingly on the inside of the tunic and coat underneath the divisional patches, you can see a diamond outline of his old patches, perhaps a transfer? It is noteworthy that there are Royal Artillery Collar badges on the tunic.

Both the tunic and the greatcoat have canvas divisional patches.
