ww2 german copy helmet for special ops

A couple of images, screen-shots, from an American O.S.S. training film. The German Helmet shown, with strange decal, has a non-German liner. All the Uniforms, Equipment, Insignias and Weapons in the film seem to be authentic, but if the Helmet is or not, is another question.

The helmet in the screen shots does not look like a real German helmet as the shape is off. The one pictured in the book looks more correct, but also does not seem like an authentic helmet: the airvent is strange and the holes in the leather do not seem to be the correct size.
