I think they go for around $200 these days. The Bowen work has been overshadowed by the hoopla surrounding some of the recent EK books, but I still use it more frequently than many of the others. There are errors and misconceptions in there, but Bowen made a fairly scientific study of the topic and the book contains a lot of good data.
