Whatever happened to this publication? A few people have a copy but I can't find a copy to buy anywhere! Was there only a small print run? Will any more copies be printed? Does anyone have any answers?

Andy, I too was wondering the same thing.

Amazon.uk now lists the book as 'this title has not yet been released' and I cannot seem to find a UK book dealer that holds the book in stock.

Surely it cannot of been 'that' small a print run can it?

The book is now out and my company RZM Imports, Inc. should have it in stock and ready to ship on Aug. 21st in the USA. Just waiting for the shipment to arrive in the
