I haven't read "Bloody Triangle" yet, but it's on my 'books to read' list.

The History channel show "Greatest Tank Battles" is doing a bit on an ealier eastfront battle....maybe this is the one...
Kinda a neat show with the animations and such. I also like the interviews with the actual vets. Anyone seen these?

What's his source for Georg Karck being in charge of 8/SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt 2 ?As I thought he was incharge of the 9/SS-Pz.Gren.Rgt 2.
Also Woll had already won his KC before the allied invasion of europe so he didn't win it for his many engagements on both fronts.
Think he needs to get a better proof reader !! Just puts me off reading the rest of it who knows if the rest of it is right ???

          Karck per KTB entries

Woll is a correct generalization per opening comments contained as relevant and included in his RK Vorschlag

Book is excellent, highly researched, IMO

I definitely agree!! Couldn't wait to read it,now that I have, can't wait for his next project, and as for "The Bloody Triangle" a good read as well,Victor Kamenir states on his cover that the greatest tank battle was at Kursk, now that Nipe has finely dissected that battle ,he just might realise that this battle takes that heading.
