Here is a great article from 1975 on reproduction Kriegsmarine badges. This article just goes to prove that not all reproduction badges made in the 60's and 70's were lead fakes.

        Books

Here was a great book that came out in 1990 by Mickey Huffman. I think this book still holds up pretty well today.

          Here is a look inside:

I still have many more books, but I like to see what others have in their collections. Please post them.

I used to own almost all of these books back in the days before the internet--thanks for the memories, Jody!

Hey Jody, These are fascinating mate...You are in a nostalgic frame of mind lately aren't you? Being a gent of similar vintage I admit to preferring the internet though huh!
              Cheers, Steve

                Hi Steve,
I am glad you like what I have posted. I do miss the old days and love the nostalgia (I guess that is why I am a History teacher). I also miss when you could go to a major show with $1,000 and come back with four or five nice items and still have money left over in your wallet.

I do miss the old simplier days of collecting and the old days in general.

Believe it or not I also kinda miss buying from this place too. Check out the prices for real stuff.

                Regards,
                Jody
