It’s a Lieutenant doctor from III Army Corps.

Some more may 1940 stuff:

- Leutnant Aufklärungs abteilung 4 - 1 Panzerdivision (Ardennes)
- Belgian enlisted 4th transportation corps
- Belgian enlisted 2nd Mounted Rifles regiment
- Belgian enlisted 3rd Engineer Batallion (battle of the Leie river)
- death notice Leutnant flieger Karl Pertl - shot down on mai 15 above Belgium

Visor cap belonging to Gefr. Hugo Benger. KIA as a result of a head shot at La Besace, France during the battle for Stonne on 17 Mai 1940 while serving with 2./IR 60.
