The first photo shows the skull in situ with with what could be cranial damage to the left side. The last photo shows it as it was lifted from the earth.

So it was multiple bodies in different locations?? No artifacts by the look of it, not even a button? Makes you wonder if thats the case, was it was a civilian grave.

The bones were planted for the cameras.
It's what they do.

So old bones were probably brought there and planted for the shot.

Even if it is a setup, which it very well may be, the guy is clearly unhinged. You can see it in his face and you can read it in his writing. Hes got crazy eyes. I thought so the first time i ever saw him on Pawn Stars.

Presumably they find the graves by getting a solid hit on a metal object with a medal detector, I doubt if they are randomly digging but you never know.
Hard to gauge depth but the pits don't look to be any more than 2ft, far shallower than an average civvy grave, probably average for hasty wartime burial in the field.

As has already been mentioned the bones a disarticulated, it means they went in the ground as a bunch of bones or body parts, not as a body, that might explain why it's not a 'proper' grave.

The desecration of the fallen is just sickening and fills me up with anger and sadness, when it's in this case with these idiots manifesting the wrong doing or in the past with others.

A good example how an excavation of a burial site should be carried out can be seen in a video by Jean Loup.

I do not watch television anymore because of all the bullsh!t on it but in the past i really loved the Discovery channel and National geographic channel, these channels went from amazing historical(especially WWI and WWII) and scientific educational channels to channels who display cheap, shallow and scripted shows of which some even try to come off as proper and respectful while in fact are just there to lure people to them and cash in their money. Sadly this is a general concession in the current societies.

Two things to note, the hole in the skull in the first image is a fresh cut probably from a shovel, you can see the white ring on the break which indicate the cut in the bone was fresh and is not a old, this often happens with shovel skimming. Older breaks would be the yellow color of the outside of the other bones visible. Secondly, the bone CG is holding up to his arm seemingly to ask if this is where it came from is a Femur, the bone for the upper leg not the upper arm.

It's better to have one thread open about him than to have people opening another 10 threads to discuss the same thing. The guy's behavior is certainly despicable so it is a good warning for everyone as to what not to do. He had really messed it up with that Mengele thread and now this publicity stunt as well.
